Jacinto Hernandez-Andrades wanted for alleged kidnapping

Police in Spotsylvania are searching for a man who allegedly tried to kidnap a 15-year-old girl.

Police are searching for Jacinto Hernandez-Andrades, who is wanted on a felony warrant for attempted abduction by force.

Police said the suspect pulled out a box-cutter and ordered a 15-year-old girl walking on the 7000 block of Pullen Drive to get into his vehicle.

The teen ran away and was unharmed.
