Jewell Washington charged with killing Mark Goldring

Police arrested a 19-year-old woman and charged her with murdering a man on Tuesday in NE D.C.
Police arrested Jewell Washington and charged her with killing 45-year-old Mark Goldring, of NE D.C.
Police found Goldring in the 1300 block of West Virginia Avenue NE at about 3 p.m. Tuesday suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
