October 28, 2011 - 11:49 am
A former John Adams Elementary School teacher was sentenced today to 30 years in prison for producing child pornography.
Justin Coleman, 36, was a dual language fourth grade teacher.
He altered thousands of pornographic photos to make it appear that former female students were engaged in sexually explicit conduct. He also made his own videos of sexual abuse with children.
Coleman was among 900 individuals in the United States identified by Italian law enforcement as part of an overseas child pornography investigation, according to a news release from the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia
