Justin Morgan, Frederick man arrested in incident at Hood College

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) - Frederick County police say they have arrested a man who illegally entered a Hood College dormitory and was found hiding in a women's bathroom.
Police say 29-year-old Justin Morgan of Frederick was arrested Thursday by a police officer who was on the college campus helping with a theft investigation. Authorities say the officer was called to the women's bathroom of Memorial Hall, where he found Young leaving the building.
Police say witnesses told them that Morgan illegally entered the building and went to the women's bathroom where he was found hiding in a shower stall.
Morgan was arrested on charges of trespassing and burglary, among other offenses. He was being held on a bond of $25,000.
