Keby Moya charged in fatal stabbing in Manassas

A man is dead and another is in custody following a fatal stabbing in Manassas late Friday, police said.

About 9:45 p.m., Manassas City Police officers responded to a report of a stabbing at a residence in the 8600 block of Braxted Lane.

They found a 28-year-old man dead inside.

Keby Moya, of 8620 Braxted Lane, whom police identified as the alleged attacker, was still on the scene when officers arrived.

Police arrested Moya without incident. Investigations revealed the stabbing stemmed from a domestic argument.

Moya is charged with first degree murder and is being held without bond at the Prince William Adult Detention Center.

His court date is slated for Nov. 29, 2011.
