Harrington disappeared in October 2009 after leaving a concert at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. The 20-year-old Roanoke woman's remains were found in January 2010 in a hayfield in Albemarle County. No arrests have been made.

Her family has started a website called www.helpsavethenextgirl.com. It hopes to raise awareness and seek information on Harrington's killing or leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

WDBJ-TV reports advertisements promoting the website are being featured on news websites across Virginia.
