Pedestrian struck on Crain Highway in Waldorf

Maryland State Police are investigating a pedestrian accident in Waldorf.
Authorities say a person was hit by a vehicle in the 2200 block of Crain Highway.
Traffic is getting by in the two right lanes of the highway, police say.
Medical personnel are on the scene assisting. Police say the scene should be cleared shortly.
