Terrence Terrell Conner, D.C. man sentenced for GameStop armed robbery

GREENBELT, Md. (AP) - The U.S. Attorney's Office says a 29-year-old Washington man has been sentenced to more than a dozen years in prison for a 2008 armed robbery of a GameStop video game store.
Authorities said in a news release that Terrence Terrell Conner was sentenced on Monday for obstructing commerce by robbery and using a gun during a violent crime.
The plea agreement says Conner and two accomplices on Dec. 23, 2008 entered a GameStop store in Oxon Hill, Md. Authorities say he and another accomplice pointed handguns, demanding money. One of the men fired a gun into the floor before Conner and the accomplices fled with more than $7,400.
Police recovered one of Conner's shoes from the scene and his fingerprints from a game system.
