Three-vehicle crash in SE leaves three seriously injured

Three people were injured in D.C. early Saturday morning in a three-vehicle crash at South Capitol Street and Malcolm X Avenue, SE.
The three vehicles were in the collision at about 2 a.m.. Police said three people were taken to local hospitals.
Police are investigating the crash and are trying to determine if drugs or alcohol were involved.
