Tiara Monique-Williams arrested in Md. toddler's abduction

SUITLAND, Md. (AP) - Howard County police say a 23-year-old woman has been arrested for abducting a friend's 16-month-old child in Columbia.
Authorities say Tiara Monique-Williams was arrested Thursday afternoon in Suitland, Md., at the home of a relative. Police say in a news release that she will be charged with child abduction.
Police say they believe Williams took the child while watching her at the child's mother's home in Columbia. Investigators found the child on Thursday in Suitland. She was unharmed and Williams was arrested when she returned to the relative's home.
