Yong Yun murder still unsolved
On a day when First Lady Michelle Obama and the First Lady of South Korea go to Annandale High School, the Korean community marks a sad anniversary.
Yong Yun, 61, was murdered in his Fairfax County home. Fairfax County police said at the time that a family member found the body of the 61-year-old victim in the 5700 block of Ladues End Court and his car was missing.
Over the past year, police have interviewed more than 80 people and watched over 100 hours of video.
“We are committed to solving this murder and continue our plea to the community for information,” said lead detective Connie Morris in a statement. “We are seeking information that may not seem related to this case but was unusual or uncommon in someone else’s day—that could be the key to solving this murder.”
