Paul Schurick scheduled for robocall trial
BALTIMORE (AP) - An aide to former Gov. Robert Ehrlich is scheduled to go on trial for allegedly using robocalls to suppress voter turnout in Maryland's 2010 governor's race.
Paul Schurick's trial is scheduled to begin Monday in Baltimore Circuit Court.
It's unclear, however, whether the trial will actually start Monday.
Julius Henson, a consultant to Ehrlich's campaign who also was charged in the case, had been scheduled to go on trial earlier this month, but the trial was postponed until February.
