Paul Schurick's trial is scheduled to begin Monday in Baltimore Circuit Court.

It's unclear, however, whether the trial will actually start Monday.

Julius Henson, a consultant to Ehrlich's campaign who also was charged in the case, had been scheduled to go on trial earlier this month, but the trial was postponed until February.
