Baltimore police chase ends in Prince George's County
A police chase of tractor-trailer cab that started in Baltimore City ended in Prince George’s County Wednesday evening.
The chase ended at southbound Baltimore-Washington Parkway near Powder Mill.
Baltimore police said they received a call shortly after 6 p.m. that the stolen cab driving through areas of south Baltimore.
Officers tried to stop the driver, but the driver refused and turned onto the Parkway south into Prince George’s County. He lost control of the truck at the intersection of near the exit for Powder Mill Road.
The man was taken into custody without incident, police said in a news release. No injuries were reported.
Baltimore and the U.S. Park Police will file traffic and theft charges against the man, who is also wanted by Mississippi authorities, they said.
