Baltimore-Washington Parkway hit-and-run injures one
A woman was seriously injured when she was struck by a van on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway early this morning.
About 4 a.m., a 27-year-old woman of Baltimore was hit while she was outside of her disabled car on the northbound side of the Parkway, south of Maryland Route 410/Riverdale Road., according to a release.
She suffered severe head and neck injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
The woman was struck by a white or silver minivan that had no rear windows on the back doors or a rear flat panel. The van will have right passenger side damage and may have side view mirror damage.
The van was last seen traveling north on the Parkway in the area of Route 410.
