Brian Talbott, Chester Ransom waive hearing

The two men accused in a property management scam first reported by 7 On Your Side in May waived preliminary hearings Wednesday are being held without bond.
Arrested earlier this month, Brian Talbott and Chester Ransom are facing multiple felony fraud charges.
Prosecutors allege they made off with more than $2 million. More than a million from customers of their property management business.
