Choice (hamstring) and Brown (groin) had been listed as questionable this week. Safety Oshiomogho Atogwe is active despite toe and knee injuries, but he's being replaced in the starting lineup by Reed Doughty.

Redskins linebacker Perry Riley makes his first career start, replacing Rocky McIntosh.

Cornerback Vontae Davis (hamstring) is back in the starting lineup for Miami. Cornerback Nolan Carroll (hamstring) is inactive.
