Cornelius Keith Johnson charged with Glen Burnie seafood restaurant slaying
GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) - Authorities say a 24-year-old Baltimore man has been charged in the shooting death of his half-brother outside a Glen Burnie seafood restaurant.
Anne Arundel County police say Cornelius Keith Johnson is charged with first-degree murder in the Nov. 13 slaying of 25-year-old Andrew Michael Johnson, who was found in the parking lot of Mo's Seafood restaurant on Ritchie Highway.
Police say Cornelius Johnson reported Friday to the Baltimore County Detention Center to serve a four-day sentence on an unrelated charge.
Officers at the Towson prison checked his warrant status and discovered he was wanted in connection with the death of Andrew Michael Johnson.
Cornelius Johnson was arrested and taken Monday to a detention center, where he is being held without bail.
