Fairfax County executive Anthony Griffin to retire
FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - Fairfax County Executive Anthony Griffin has announced he plans to retire in April.
Giffin has served as the county's top administrative officer since 2000. He has had the second-longest tenure in the post since it was created in 1952.
Griffin announced his retirement plans Thursday.
