Good Samaritan carjacked at Tysons Corner II parking lot of Neiman Marcus

A Fairfax woman police call a Good Samaritan was carjacked at knifepoint Saturday afternoon in the Tysons Corner area.

The woman tells police she was approached in the Tysons Corner II parking lot of Neiman Marcus by a young woman who claimed she was out of gas and needed a ride to a station.

The victim invited the woman into her car, but as she drove toward Route 123 the suspect pulled a knife and ordered the driver to get out of the vehicle. The victim was left at the intersection of Old Courthouse Road and Route 123.

Her vehicle, a 2003 silver Acura, Virginia tag XEK8095, has not been recovered. There were no injuries and police are continuing to investigate.

The suspect is described as a white female with large blue eyes, between 20 and 25 years old. She had brown hair below her shoulders and was around 5 feet 5 inches tall. She wore a black hooded sweatshirt and light colored pants. She told the victim that she was a college student.
