M Street closed in Georgetown after shooting

The 2800 block of M Street has reopened after it was closed over night after Monday night's shooting in Georgetown, police say.
Traffic was shut down in the busy stretch of Georgetown through the morning rush.
An investigation is continuing into the shooting of a person on Halloween night in the area.
