Multi-vehicle accident injures 2, closes Route 50

Route 50 near Bowie has completely reopened after a multi-vehicle accident, including a box truck, closed a portion of the busy highway early Monday morning.
At 3:39 a.m., three vehicles--including a tractor trailer--were involved in a traffic crash eastbound on Route 50 near 197, according to Prince George's Fire officials.
Two people were reported injured--one with minor injuries and one with trauma, officials said.
