Nancy Grace voted off Dancing with the Stars
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Nancy Grace is done with "Dancing With the Stars."
The attorney and TV personality was dismissed from the ABC ballroom competition Tuesday.
Grace came into Tuesday's episode in last place with 44 points out of a possible 60.
Judges' scores combined with viewer votes determine which contestant is ousted each week.
Heading to next week's semifinals will be reality star Rob Kardashian, actor and Army veteran J.R. Martinez, TV personality Ricki Lake and soccer star Hope Solo.
Martinez earned a pair of perfect scores - 30 out of a possible 30 for a total of 60 - on the ABC ballroom competition Monday. They danced a dreamy waltz to "What the World Needs Now Is Love" and a swift jive to "Tutti Frutti." It was the first time this season couples performed two routines.
"There's nobody coming close to you tonight," judge Carrie Ann Inaba beamed to Martinez.
Tied in second place behind Martinez with a combined score of 52 were Hope Solo and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and Ricki Lake and partner Derek Hough. Rob Kardashian and partner Cheryl Burke stepped into third place with a total score of 51, while Nancy Grace and partner Tristan MacManus tangoed into last place behind the pack with a combined score of 44.
"It's midnight, and it's time to go home," judge Len Goodman told Grace after comparing her to Cinderella.
The fairytale will end for one of the five remaining celebrities Tuesday after judges' scores are combined with viewer votes.
Previously dismissed contestants included actor David Arquette, activist Chaz Bono, singer Chynna Phillips, actress Elisabetta Canalis, basketball player Metta World Peace and TV personalities Kristin Cavallari and Carson Kressley.
