Police look for suspects, car in fatal Northeast shooting

Police are looking for a car they believed was used in a fatal shooting Sunday morning.
At 10:17 a.m., a man was shot at 750 19th Street NE, according to Metropolitan Police spokesman Officer Araz Alali.
The man was taken to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The attacker was seen fleeing as a passenger in a silver four-door Dodge Stratus with D.C. tags DE6837, according to police.
The attacker is described as an African-American man, 6-foot, with a medium complexion and thin build. He was last seen wearing dark sweatpants and a blue or black hooded jacket.
There wasn't a description of the getaway driver immediately available.
