Power outage affects Dominion customers in Crystal City, Alexandria

A total of 10,000 Dominion customers in Crystal City and Alexandria were affected by a power outage, the company says.
Crews have been able to reroute power to all but 1,800 customers.
It is unclear what caused the outage, although the company has received calls about a possible car accident. Dominion crews have not been able to locate the suspected crash yet as they are stuck in traffic.
