Suspicious vehicle near D.C. Superior Court shuts down roads

A suspicious vehicle that shut down a portion of Indiana Avenue Northwest near D.C. Superior Court has been deemed safe, police say.
D.C. Police say they were alerted to a suspicious vehicle just before 7:30 a.m.
As a result of the investigation, streets were temporarily closed at Fourth and E streets Northwest and Fifth and E streets Northwest.
At about 10:50 a.m., authorities announced that they re-opened the roads.
