Two killed in separate Prince George's County shootings

Two men were killed in separate shootings in Prince George's County overnight.

In District Heights, police say 31-year-old Marvin Tomlinson was fatally shot outside the Capitol Heights apartment building in the 2100 block of County Road.
Several hours later in Oxon Hill, 51-year-old Andre Morton of Northwest D.C. was wounded in a shooting near the 700 block of Maury Avenue. He was taken to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Police do not believe the shootings were related and no one was in custody early this morning.
