'Let it snow' Google's latest electronic prank
December 19, 2011 - 05:53 pm
Google has rolled out an electronic prank for the winter season.
Users who enter "Let it snow" in the search field are greeted with a flurry of snowflakes on the screen, followed by frost that takes over the entire page.
The prank is known as an Easter Egg.
People can then click a "Defrost" button that appears or use their mouse to draw whatever they want in the fog.
There are other search terms that lead to fun results, including "askew," "tilt," "recursion," "Hannukah," and "anagram."
Try it here.
