Brentwood shooting sends man to hospital with serious injuries

One person was seriously injured in a shooting in the Brentwood neighborhood of Northeast Washington late Sunday night.
D.C. Police say they were called to 15th and W streets Northeast just before midnight Sunday to find an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Police say that a robbery may have led to the shooting. The incident remains under investigation.
