Daybreak Daily’s afternoon look at the holiday induced, slow-moving world of all things pop culture finds a nice family reunion, a potentially bogus Kardashian report, other things, and two mystery music videos.

WINNING: What more needs to be said? Per the Los Angeles Times, “Denise Richards is spending a holiday vacation swimming with the kids, the dolphins — and ex-husband Charlie Sheen. Sheen, Richards, their daughters and Richards' newly adopted daughter, Eloise, 6 months, are vacationing together, and the goodwill couldn't be any rosier. Richards posted a photo of sky, rocks and water with the caption "Beautiful..." on her WhoSay account, where she commented Wednesday morning: "Great morning with the kids ... swam with the dolphins... as @charliesheen would say... it was #epic" http://lat.ms/sM5wvz

GOOD CALL BY THEM: And a bad call by her, per the AP, “The editor of a Dutch fashion magazine has been fired after the publication used a racial slur to refer to Barbados-born Rihanna, setting off a social media furor and prompting an outraged response from the singer.” http://apne.ws/u53K8v

ROYAL GOODWILL: Prince William and Kate Middleton wow the crowd today at a London charity for down-on-their-luck young adults, per People, “Kate, in a olive green Ralph Lauren jersey dress and her favorite black suede boots, looked relaxed as she stepped out beside William, who dressed down in pants and a royal blue sweater, during their visit to Centrepoint.” http://bit.ly/swUbCr

TWEET, TWEET: A little bird lands on Newt Gingrich’s wife, Callista, per Washington Post political columnist Kathleen Parker, “So the question is, what prompted Callista Gingrich to abandon the relatively safe role of admiring sidekick and take up arms on Twitter against Mitt Romney? And what might we infer by her actions?” http://wapo.st/vLqkjD

NO LINK: Star magazine ran a story about the Kardashian clan using so-called slave labor for the manufacture of products in China. It’s thin to the point of used tissue paper. Thus, no link.

STEVE JOBS: The music industry honors the late visionary with a Grammy, per E!, “Tthe Recording Academy announced today that the late CEO and cofounder of Apple is being posthumously honored with one of the organization's Special Merit Awards.” http://eonli.ne/rtkqjv

MESSY: But then, most breakups are, per Us Weekly, “After what appeared to be a fairly civilized July split following seven years of marriage, things between Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are getting seriously ugly, multiple insiders tell the new Us Weekly, out now.” http://bit.ly/ukgTDd

FEED YOUR HEAD: Here’s just what you need to intelligently discuss ‘The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo,’ per indieWIRE, “Now that we're past all that hullabaloo about "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" embargoes, we can finally discuss the movie.” http://bit.ly/u3d6Ck

HE HAS ISSUES: Does Matt Damon. With President Obama, that is. And the presses shall cease operation now, per the Huffington Post, “Matt Damon, one of Barack Obama's earliest supporters and once one of his most staunch advocates, slammed the President in the new issue of Elle Magazine.” http://huff.to/vI2B1u

AND FINALLY: Today’s mystery music videos – two of them, in honor of the holiday season. (full-screen clicks recommended).
