Man shot during home invasion in Colesville

An alert in Montgomery County has a neighborhood on edge after a man was attacked and shot during a home invasion in Colesville early Monday morning.

Police say a man suffered non-life threatening injuries after he was shot in the 600 block of Cobblestone Court just after 12:30 a.m.

Authorities are searching for a suspect and a motive in the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
