Curtis Lopez indicted on charges of murder

The man accused of killing his estranged wife and her 11-year-old son in October was indicted on multiple charges including murder and kidnapping.
Authorities allege that Curtis Lopez, 45, is responsible for the murder of Jane McQuain and her son William in Montgomery County.
Authorities on Thursday announced that Lopez was indicted on two counts each of murder and kidnapping and one count of robbery.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 6.

Lopez was arrested in North Carolina in mid-October, just days before William's body was found in the woods in Clarksburg.
On Oct. 12, Jane McQuain was found beaten and stabbed to death in her Germantown home.
Lopez has been held without bond since Nov. 3.
