Lopez, 45, was arrested in North Carolina in mid-October, just days before William's body was found in the woods in Clarksburg.
On Oct. 12, Jane McQuain was found beaten and stabbed to death in her Germantown home.
Several days later, William's body was found in a wooded area off Clarksburg Road.
Lopez has been held without bond since Nov. 3.
