Metrobus rider assaulted in NW D.C.

Two suspects assaulted a Metrobus rider Wednesday in NW D.C.
Metro Spokesperson Dan Stessel says that at about 3:25 p.m., a 70s route bus was on 7th Street when it stopped at a bus stop at 7th and R St NW.
Two suspects boarded the bus and assaulted a male customer on board, he says. The victim was transported to an area hospital.
