Nicole Weaver killed in Spotsylvania County accident

A 42-year-old Spotsylvania County woman was killed early Thursday morning in a crash in which police believe speed and alcohol to be a factor.
Spotsylvania County Sheriff's officials say that Nicole Weaver was driving her 2001 Volvo west on Virginia State Route 3 near Orange Plank Road when her car hit the median, then careened into numerous trees.
The vehicle then rolled over several times. Weaver, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, died at the scene after she was ejected from the car.
Weaver leaves two young daughters.
