Noble Watkins, missing from Southeast D.C., is found

Authorities say Noble Watkins, a 10-year-old boy who was last seen in the Marshall Heights neighborhood of Southeast D.C., has been found.

Authorities say he went missing from his home in the 5500 block of B Street SE.
Police announced a little after noon that he was found.
