December 28, 2011 - 05:26 am
D.C. police are on the hunt for three men who robbed a 7-Eleven convenience store in Northeast D.C. just after midnight Wednesday.
Police say the 7-Eleven at 7th Street and Maryland Avenue NE near Stanton Park was robbed at about 12:30 a.m.
No one was injured in the robbery. The suspects reportedly got away in a gold Dodge Intrepid.
The robbery comes about a week and a half after two 7-Eleven stores on Rhode Island Avenue NE and Bladensburg Road NE were robbed on the same night.
Those two crimes occurred 90 minutes apart in the early-morning hours of Dec. 19.
