One shot, one stabbed in Adams Morgan

A person was shot and another stabbed in Adams Morgan early this morning.
Police confirmed two people were wounded in the 2400 block of 18th Street NW.
It was not immediately known what lead to the shooting and stabbing, and there were no details yet on the genders or ages of the victims.
The injuries were not serious and both victims walked to a hospital on their own, police said.
