Redskins LaRon Landry out for game vs. Jets
ASHBURN, Va. (AP) - Washington Redskins safety LaRon Landry has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the New York Jets because of a groin injury.
Landry was hurt in last week's win over the Seattle Seahawks.
It will be the fourth game Landry has missed this season. He sat out two games with an ailing hamstring and another one with a flare-up in his left Achilles tendon, which has bothered him since last season.
Fullback Darrel Young also did not practice Friday and is listed as questionable after suffering a concussion last week.
Three players were limited in practice and listed as questionable. Defensive end Stephen Bowen has a torn ligament in his left knee, linebacker London Fletcher is nursing a sore left ankle and receiver Terrence Austin has an ailing hamstring.
