Terry Terrell Johnson charged with killing Andre Wiggins

Metropolitan Police have arrested and charged a man they believe is responsible for a fatal shooting in October.
On October 26 at 11:54 a.m., police responded to a shooting on the 5200 block of Clay Street, NE. They found a 19-year-old man unconscious with multiple gunshot wounds.
The man, identified as Andre Wiggins of Northeast, succumbed to his injuries.
On Wednesday at 4:55 p.m., members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 22-year-old Terry Terrell Johnson of Southeast and charged him with first degree murder while armed.
No other information was immediately available.
