Body found near Georgetown University

A body of a man was found near the Canal Road entrance to Georgetown University Thursday afternoon.
Sources say the body, which was found in a wooded area inside a tent, may be that of a homeless man.
Police do not suspect foul play but the cold weather may be a factor.
