January 9, 2012 - 01:34 pm
A Fredericksburg Police Captain is in trouble with the law after he allegedly brought a 17-year-old teen he met over the Internet to a motel room.
Police in Stafford County arrested Brent Mitchell Taylor, 46, of Fredericksburg and charged him with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor.
On January 7, Taylor allegedly picked up the teen in Fairfax and took him to a Stafford County Motel.
Police found the teen walking on Warrenton Road. He told authorities he was locked out of a hotel room, adding that the man who rented the room was out and would be coming back soon.
Police waited and arrested Taylor when he returned.
