Two short months after announcing her divorce from Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore is rushed to the hospital for "exhaustion" and "health issues" according to Today.com.

"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," her rep told People magazine in a statement. "She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

A spokesman from the Los Angeles City Fire Department confirmed to People that a 911 call was placed from Moore's home address Monday night.

Moore's representative since confirmed that she will no longer play her role as Gloria Steinem in the upcoming film Lovelace.
