Flags to fly at half-staff in honor of Airman 1st Class Matthew R. Seidler from Maryland

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Flags around the state of Maryland are being flown at half-staff in honor of a Maryland man who died while serving in Afghanistan.
Flags will be flown at half-staff Tuesday in honor of 24-year-old Airman 1st Class Matthew R. Seidler of Westminster.
Seidler died Jan. 5 in Afghanistan when a vehicle he was riding in was struck by an improvised explosive device.
