Heather Locklear hospitalized
THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (AP) - Actress Heather Locklear remains hospitalized in Southern California but is said to be in good condition following an emergency call that brought paramedics to her home.
Los Robles Hospital spokeswoman Kris Carraway-Bowman tells KABC-TV that Locklear is medically stable and resting comfortably Friday.
No information on the reason for her Thursday afternoon hospitalization has been released. The spokeswoman says Locklear is receiving one-on-one care in the intensive care unit and continues to be clinically evaluated.
The 50-year-old Locklear's publicists have not returned calls seeking comment. Locklear has been hospitalized several times over the years.
In 2009, she pleaded no contest to reckless driving after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication. Locklear has starred in such TV series as "Melrose Place," ''Dynasty" and "T.J. Hooker."
