London Fletcher added to NFC Pro Bowl roster
January 9, 2012 - 01:07 pm
London Fletcher is a Pro Bowl snub no more.
After not being initially selected to the NFL's annual All-Star Game despite leading the league in tackles in 2011, the league announced Monday that the All-Pro linebacker will make an appearance in Honolulu on Jan. 29.
Fletcher's will be making his 3rd consecutive trip to the Pro Bowl. His 166 tackles this season was a career high.
He also recorded 1.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and two interceptions during the Redskins' 5-11 season.
2011 marks the 18th straight year that Washington will send at least one player to the Pro Bowl.
