Metro problems continue with delays on Blue, Orange lines
It was another rush hour mess last night for thousands of Metro riders.
This time commuters on the blue and orange lines were stuck due to another track problem.
This is the latest in a series of big problems for the rail service just this week.
Thursday's rush hour commute on the blue and orange lines left folks packed in toe to toe ... and exasperated.
This is the second big, possibly weather-related issue Metro's had in two days.
Yesterday morning, parts of the rails cracked on both the yellow line over the Potomac and the red line near Takoma Park.
Metro says Wednesday's issues are something all rail lines face during wild weather swings like we've been having.
But some commuters say between the delays, rising fares and other issues, it's all driving them nuts.
