Motorcyclist killed in Fort Washington

A motorcyclist was killed early Sunday morning after the driver collided with an SUV in Fort Washington, Prince George’s County police said.

Authorities said the motorcycle was traveling in the 8300 block of Indian Head Highway a little after 1 a.m. when the driver struck the SUV, which was turning into an apartment complex off Livingston Road.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver and passenger in the SUV were not injured.
