Police seek suspect in Silver Spring incident

Montgomery County police are looking for a suspect in connection with a possible stabbing in Silver Spring.

Officers responded to the 2300 block of Churchill Road shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday for report of an assault. Upon arrival, a male victim, identified as a 28-year-old, was located. He was taken to Suburban Hospital, but there’s no word on his condition.

Police say the victim and the suspect are aquaintances.

No further details were immediately available.
