Chantilly home gas explosion documents

On Nov. 30, 2011, the Virginia State Corporation Commission released an investigation report into the explosion of a home in the 4300 block of Lees Corner Road in Chantilly.
The explosion sparked an investigation into the practices of Washington Gas when it comes to their inspection and maintenance record.
We have posted the entire Virginia SCC report for you to view and read for yourself above. ABC7's Ben Eisler has provided areas, highlighted in yellow, which he has deemed the most pivotal pieces of information as gleaned from the report.
