New York Avenue reopens after crash

New York Avenue in Northeast has reopened after a serious car accident involving a tractor trailer Wednesday morning.
Police say a driver suffered severe head injuries in a crash with a tractor trailer. Part of the car went under the trailer in the 300 block of New York Avenue.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
